The location of the hostel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was also close to the night market and Gaya street, making it easy to explore the area. the hostel had great amenities, such as a water dispenser and coffee machine available to guests at all times. It was a nice bonus to have free drinking water and aromatic coffee whenever I wanted. - I really appreciated the house-keeping service at the hostel. It was a pleasant surprise to return to a made bed in the evening.

That my room didn't have a window, which became an issue after a few nights. It would have been nice to have some natural light in the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the boss even took us on a tour to Kinabalu National Park, which was really enjoyable. The location was great, just a short walk to the night market and waterfront. The atmosphere at Masada was chilled out and the aircon in the rooms was good. it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hostel.

Despite a few minor inconveniences such as inconveniently located outlets and occasional noise from a nearby bar, our overall stay was fantastic. The hostel's location is ideal, right next to the bus station and with a 24-hour Indian restaurant just a minute away. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering a free ride to the airport and prompt assistance during emergencies. the rooms are comfortable with powerful AC and clean shared facilities. the breakfast includes freshly brewed coffee and a variety of toast, cereal, jam, and butter. There is also a free washing machine available.

No window in the room was uncomfortable for me and the plastic wrap left on the mattress made for a sweaty night with only a thin sheet over it.
